MELAMET cream is a skin-related medication primarily used to treat melasma (dark brown patch on skin). Melasma also known as chloasma or mask of pregnancy, is a common skin condition that causes brown patches on the face. It is more common in women than in men. The discolored (grey-brown) patches occur mostly on the forehead, chin, nose, and cheeks.

MELAMET ONTMENT contains three medicines, namely: Hydroquinone (skin lightening or bleaching agent), Mometasone (corticosteroid), and Tretinoin (a form of Vitamin A or retinoids). Hydroquinone belongs to the class of skin lightening agents that works by decreasing the amount of melanin (a skin pigment) that is responsible for the darkening of the skin. Mometasone belongs to the class of corticosteroids that works by acting inside skin cells and inhibits the release of certain chemical messengers in the body that cause redness, itching, and swelling. Tretinoin belongs to the class of retinoids (man-made vitamin A) that works by increasing the renewal of skin cells, which helps in the natural exfoliation of the skin’s outer layers.

Depiwhite cream is used to treat pigmentation, brown spots or dark skin disorders. It is designed to even out the complexion which combines 4-high performance depigmenting active ingredients for greater efficiency. It contains Hydroquinone, Kojic acid, Ascorbyl Methylsilanol Pectinate, Aluminum silicate and Lactic Acid. 

Hydroquinone is a topical depigmentating agent that increases melanin excretion and prevents its production. Ascorbyl Methylsilanol Pectinate or Vitamin C restores skin cells due to its antioxidant property. Kojic acid is a natural chelation agent that assists in lightening the skin. Lactic Acid acts as a moisturizer for alleviating dryness. Aluminium silicate also lightens the skin tone/complexion. It moisturizes the skin and keeps it supple and suitable for all skin types.

Adaferin Gel 15 gm belongs to the class of dermatological preparations called ‘antiacne’ used to treat acne (pimples) in patients 12 years or older. Acne is a common skin condition and occurs when hair follicles are blocked with dead skin cells and oil. The acne-causing bacteria feeds on sebum (natural oil produced by skin) causing redness and swelling.

Adaferin Gel 15 gm contains Adapalene which belongs to the class of retinoids (human-made vitamin A). It works by loosening the cells on the skin’s surface and unblocks pores by reducing oil production in the skin. Thereby, decreases pimples, whiteheads, and blackheads.

Retino A 0.025% Cream 20 gm belongs to the class of drugs known as retinoids (synthetic or man-made vitamin A). Retino A 0.025% Cream 20 gm is primarily used to treat acne (pimples) and sun-damaged skin. Acne is a skin condition that is common and occurs when hair follicles are blocked with dead skin cells and oil.

Retino A 0.025% Cream 20 gm contains tretinoin, also known as retinoic acid (a form of vitamin A) that loosens and unblocks pores on the skin’s surface by reducing the oil secretion in the skin. This prevents the formation of pimples, whiteheads, and blackheads.

T-Bact 2% Ointment is an antibiotic medicine used to treat certain skin infections such as impetigo (red sores), recurring boils, and others. It works by killing certain bacteria. This helps to improve your symptoms and cure the underlying infection.

T-Bact 2% Ointment is meant for external use only. It should be applied only to the affected area of the skin as per the dosage and schedule prescribed by your doctor. In order to get the most benefit, apply it regularly and preferably at the same time each day. Do not use larger amounts or apply it more often or for a longer duration than directed. This will only increase the risk of side effects. Do not use it for more than 10 days. Avoid any contact with your eyes, nose, or mouth. Rinse it off with water if you accidentally get the medicine in these areas.

B muce Ointment 5 gm is a novel topical antibiotic used to treat skin infection 'impetigo' caused by bacterias namely Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pyogenes. A bacterial infection is a condition in which bacteria grows in the body and cause infection. It can target any body part and multiple very quickly.

B Muce Ointment 5 gm works by stopping the production of necessary proteins needed for bacterial surveillance. It is also active against Gram-negative organisms such as Escherichia coli and Haemophilus influenza. It is not effective against fungal or viral infections, and should not be applied on burnt skin areas and open-cut wound.
